The DS-1011S CCD Visual Film Laminating Applicator Machine uses a four-axis robot to grasp and take pictures of the protective film. Two cameras take pictures of the product and the protective film for identification. After the deviation is corrected by the visual system, the roll-pasting process is achieved.

Working principle
The equipment uses a four-axis robot to grasp and take pictures of the protective film. Two cameras take pictures of the product and the protective film for identification. After the deviation is corrected by the visual system, the roll-pasting process is achieved.
Operation process
Manually place the product, start the equipment - The robot moves to take the film and takes photos to identify the protective film - The product moves to the film application position through the X-axis module - The camera on the machine takes photos to identify the product, and after being corrected by the visual positioning deviation system, it performs precise roll-type film application - The robot and the product are reset - The already film-applied product is manually removed.
