This fully automatic laminating machine adopts dual‑CCD visual positioning and roller laminating technology. It automatically feeds, positions, laminates and unloads flat products such as mobile screens, glass, panels and magnetic sheets with PE/PET films and double‑sided tapes. With ±0.1mm high precision and 1000‑1500pcs/h efficiency, it features high compatibility and stable performance.

Working Principle
The feeding bin adopts a stacked paging mechanism for automatic feeding. The manipulator automatically grabs products and protective films. Dual cameras take photos, and the visual system calculates and corrects deviations to realize high-precision roller laminating. The manipulator automatically unloads the laminated products.
Operation Process
Products are transported by a belt, and the manipulator places them on the tooling platform.
The tooling moves under the No.1 camera for photo identification.
Meanwhile, the film-taking manipulator sucks the film above the No.2 camera for photo identification.
The visual system calculates and corrects deviations to realize roller laminating.
After lamination, the product returns to the feeding position, and the linkage manipulator completes synchronous feeding and unloading.
