Working Principle
The feeding bin adopts a stacked paging mechanism for automatic feeding. The manipulator places products at the guide film position, and roller lamination ensures bubble-free attachment. The product moves to the laser cutting station; the camera identifies the contour, and the laser cuts along the outline. Automatic waste discharge and unloading are completed.
Operation Process
Stack products in the feeding bin → Start the machine → Automatic film laminating → Automatic cutting → Automatic unloading → Finish.
