Working Principle
When the sensor detects that the product is in place or the foot switch sends a start signal, the suction head holding the label descends to the platform. The platform retreats and picks up the label. After the platform is in place, the suction head descends again to attach the label to the product, then returns to its original position. The label head releases a new label and waits for the next film application signal, completing the entire attachment process of one label.
Operation Process
- Place the product on the designated position of the equipment.
- Determine whether the product is in place (realized by equipment automatic detection or manual control).
- The equipment automatically completes the film laminating/labeling process.
- Take out the finished product that has been laminated/labeled.
