Working Process
- Core Working Principle: When the sensor detects the product in place or the foot switch sends a start signal, the suction head holding the label descends to the platform. The platform retreats to pick up the label, and after the platform is in position, the suction head descends again to attach the label to the product. Then the suction head returns to its original position, and the label head releases a new label to wait for the next lamination signal, completing the whole attachment process of one label.
- Operation Process: Place the product → Confirm in place (automatic equipment detection or manual control) → Automatic label lamination (completed by the equipment) → Take out the finished laminated product.
