Working Process
- Core Working Principle: When the sensor detects the product in place or the foot switch sends a start signal, the bottom mold retreats to the designated position and moves synchronously with the film ejector. The rubber roller presses the protective film tightly to the product surface and eliminates air bubbles, then the bottom mold resets to wait for the next lamination signal, completing the whole attachment process.
- Operation Process: Place the product → Confirm in place (automatic equipment detection or manual control) → Automatic film lamination → Take out the finished laminated product.
