Working Process
- Core Working Principle: The sensor detects product in-place status or receives a start signal from the foot switch, the bottom mold retreats to the designated position and moves synchronously with the film ejector. The rubber roller presses the protective film tightly to the product surface and eliminates air bubbles completely, then the bottom mold resets to wait for the next cycle, finishing one lamination operation.
- Simple Operation Process: Place the product → Confirm in-place (automatic equipment detection or manual control) → Automatic film lamination → Take out the finished laminated product.
